Description of Service

cdlstudybuddy.com provides CDL practice tests, ELDT training information, instructional resources, and related educational content to help individuals prepare for commercial driver's license examinations.

User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must not share your account credentials with others
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission

ELDT Training Disclaimer

Important Notice

Our online ELDT theory courses cover the knowledge portion of ELDT requirements. Behind-the-wheel (BTW) training must be completed with an approved in-person training provider. Completion of our theory courses alone does not satisfy all ELDT requirements.

Practice Tests Disclaimer

Our practice tests are designed to help you prepare for CDL examinations but are not official DMV tests. While we strive to keep our content accurate and up-to-date, passing our practice tests does not guarantee passing the official CDL examination. Always refer to your state's official CDL handbook for the most current information.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by cdlstudybuddy.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cdlstudybuddy.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.
